Located seven miles west of downtown New Braunfels along Highway 46, Purlsong is an 800-acre master-planned community being developed by Sekisui House, one of the world's largest homebuilders and community developers. The initial phase encompasses 117 acres and will include 148 single-family homesites, with lots anticipated to be available in December 2026 and homes priced from the mid-$400s. 

The community balances housing, open space and recreation while responding to the site's natural landscape and the needs of one of Texas' fastest-growing regions. Rather than reshaping the landscape to fit a traditional development pattern, Purlsong has been planned around the site's existing topography, mature oak groves, native prairies and natural drainage corridors. When complete, the community will include more than 2,000 homes, 190 acres of open space, nine miles of hike and bike trails, parks, gathering spaces and amenities thoughtfully integrated into the natural environment.
