This is Preston, and he has a passion to help provide for a family in need.\u00a0 Preston, on his own, has raised considerable funds through the Habitat for Humanity donation site in that effort.\u00a0 \u201cPreston\u2019s Project\u201d will soon come to reality as Chesmar Homes joins with Habitat for Humanity to build a home in the bay area for a family going through the necessary Habitat process.<\/p>\n

Chesmarian\u2019s will get the opportunity to experience hands-on, the building of a home.\u00a0 As the project progresses, volunteers will be recruited to get the home completed for its new owners.<\/p>\n

Bay View New Home Consultant, Jim Mauck is about as proud of his grand son Preston, as could be possible.\u00a0 He states, \u201cI can\u2019t begin to tell you how excited Preston and our family is to be involved with this project. We cannot thank The Chesmar Family and you, Don for all your help. We can\u2019t wait to see this project come to light. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You can\u2019t imagine how proud I am to work for Chesmar Homes.\u201d<\/p>\n
