Face it, tumbling on a 4 inch-wide apparatus is just crazy, with a capital Z!<\/p>\n<p>However, putting all of that aside, I must also admit that facing fears, mental blocks, and hurdles are one of my FAVORITE things. After all, a little pressure positively applied encourages me and I would assume most of us, to keep pushing ourselves. That being said, I ALWAYS felt more empowered after completing a routine. Even when it scared me. Regardless of the score.<\/p>\n<p>This was probably for several reasons\u2026. but my favorite ones being that I survived, I didn\u2019t let myself down, and I finished what I started.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-22691 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/chesmar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/shutterstock_288233360-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"341\" height=\"227\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-22689 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/chesmar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/shutterstock_576622723-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"338\" height=\"226\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Let\u2019s jump into the now.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I encourage you to remind yourself to \u201cstay on the beam\u201d or whatever little phrase kicks you into gear. As many of us know, but fail to truly acknowledge\u2026 facing fears, mental blocks, and hurdles in the workplace or any place for that matter will only truly be victorious and worth it when done with an awesome attitude. You might get by a time or two acting like Eeyore, but there will come a time where the extra effort and positive attitude will make all of the difference in how you succeed.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s okay to <em>fall<\/em>, just <strong><em>get back up<\/em>.<\/strong> You\u2019re allowed <em>wobble<\/em>, just <em><strong>steady yourself<\/strong><\/em>.
