Chesmar Homes received top honors at the 29th Annual HomeBuyers’ Choice Awards in Newport Beach, California, to a national audience of homebuilder peers. 

The annual event showcases the industry’s best, the who’s who in creating and delivering the gold standard in customer homebuying and homebuilding experiences. Chesmar Homes took the top honor, ‘The Eliant’ Award for ranking as the highest-rated multi-division, homebuilder in the country for the best overall purchase and ownership experience.

Each year, Eliant asks 190,000 consumers for opinions on their recent new home purchase built by any of the 225 major U.S. homebuilders included in the survey. The survey is done in three stages, covering customers’ move-in, mid-year and year-end ownership experiences.
