Driving Directions

Take I-10/US-87 N towards El Paso.  Go 9.7 miles past Loop 1604 W to the Fair Oaks Parkway/Tarpon Dr. exit #546.  Turn right onto the I-10 frontage road.  Turn left at the entrance to Ridge Creek on Nichols Creek drive.  Our model is on the left just past the bridge.

Tony comes from a very diverse background.  He has worked in every arena from politics to animal training at Sea World.  He finally found his passion when he entered the home building business seven years ago.  His enthusiasm is contagious and he looks forward to doing the right thing for everyone he meets.

In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife Lisa and two daughters Abby and Emma. His new found passion is investing in the stock market.

Blake Cunningham - Construction Manager

Blake has enjoyed building many homes for families over the past 25 years. He is a graduate of the University of Phoenix earning a bachelors degree in business management.  Blake believes you should enjoy what you do and do it well. He looks forward to sharing his expertise and positive attitude with every Chesmar Homeowner.

When not on the job site Blake can be found spending time with his wife Kelly and sons, Brandon, Ryan and Connor.  Blake loves to squeeze in a round of golf when he is not chasing his young sons around on the weekend.
