Stephen Tiller - New Home Consultant
After graduating from Texas A&M with an Engineering Degree and working many years in semi-conductor (computer chip) manufacturing, Stephen eventually found himself in the new home business. After more than 10 years he says, “serving people in this industry makes what I do so much more rewarding than anything I have ever done in the past. The last 10 years have been a real joy and I plan on enjoying the next 20 years the same way.”
During time away from the community, Stephen can be found staying busy with his loving wife of eighteen years, 2 beautiful daughters, and a very active son. As with many San Antonians, he is a huge Spurs fan! “Go Spurs Go!”

David Bakanoski - Construction Manager
David has been building homes in Texas for over 27 years and has held many management titles throughout his career. He was born and raised in Detroit where his father was a journeyman carpenter. After high school, David went to work with his father and completed a 4-year apprenticeship program and obtained a journeyman license. He moved to Texas in the early 80’s and has called it home ever since.
“I approach the building of every home as if I was building it for myself. The nicest words that one could hear is when our owners tell you ‘thank you, we love our home!'"
David thrives on keeping up with the ever changing home building business and knowing that there is something new to learn everyday. He lives with his 21-year old son and enjoys hunting, fishing, golf, football, hockey, and NASCAR.
