Scott Keyes - New Home Consultant

Scott’s first career was in the competitive sport of motocross.  From six years in the hotel industry, to over 14 years in the new home industry, he has been a leader in his field.  Scott is well known among his peers for his positive attitude, great sense of humor, and story telling ability.  Providing the highest level of service for his clients throughout the home purchase process is very important to Scott, as well as service after the sale for years to come.

Scott has a degree in Business management.  He is the youngest of six children and has been happily married for 20 years.   When not at work, Scott is enjoying time with his wife and their 14-year old twins.  They are active in family sports including biking, hiking, jogging, and snow skiing.

David Bakanoski - Construction Manager

David has been building homes in Texas for over 27 years and has held many management titles throughout his career.  He was born and raised in Detroit where his father was a journeyman carpenter.  After high school, David went to work with his father and completed a 4-year apprenticeship program and obtained a journeyman license.  He moved to Texas in the early 80’s and has called it home ever since.

“I approach the building of every home as if I was building it for myself.  The nicest words that one could hear is when our owners tell you ‘thank you, we love our home!'"

David thrives on keeping up with the ever changing home building business and knowing that there is something new to learn everyday.  He lives with his 21-year old son and enjoys hunting, fishing, golf, football, hockey, and NASCAR.
