From I-10 - Travel west on Interstate 10. Exit FM 1463, turn left on FM 1463 to community entrance on the left.

Construction Manager: David Ebarb
David joins Chesmar Homes with a B.A. in Management and eight years of home building experience to his credit. David and his wife Veronica have three children, twin boy’s and a young daughter. He enjoys fishing with his children, restoring old cars and laughs his way through episodes of his favorite television program, “According to Jim.”
He states, “I have a strong Irish work ethic,” and he hopes to pass it on to his children.
While David admits to being impatient, he is known for his positive attitude and ability to keep others motivated.

Vince Ruffino
After graduating from Texas A&M in 1993 Vince started his career in residential construction. To date, he has overseen the construction of thousands of homes for happy buyers. He states, “I enjoy the process but find even more enjoyable the final result of handing over to someone their dream home.”
Weekends find Vince engaged in some kind of outdoor activity with his wife Becky and young son Trey. He loves to fish and play golf, and he admits it is a great advantage to live where one can fish and golf year round.
Vince’s construction expertise and his commitment to the customer are showcased in each home he oversees.
