Driving Directions -

Wimbledon Falls is located in Tomball, just north of FM 2920.  From FM 2920 travel north on Kuykendahl past Kuykendahl/Huffsmith to the entrance of Wimbledon Falls on the left. 

From I-45 North, exit FM 2920 and travel west for approximately 4 miles, turning right onto Kuykendahl and left onto West Rayford Road to the community.

From SH Tollway, exit Hwy. 249 north toward Tomball, turning right on FM 2920. Travel approximately 7 miles, turn left at Kuykendahl Road, turning left onto West Rayford Road to the community.

New Home Consultant: George Childress 

Great customer service is among George's highest priority goals in home sales.  He loves to help people achieve their dream of home ownership. It is his honesty and helpfulness that his clients appreciate the most. He does his best to make every customer happy, at ease, and comfortable throughout the purchasing process, recognizing that is one of the most important decisions they will make.

Time away from the office finds George competing in athletic events, including triathlon, cycling, and running.  He placed fifth in the 2011 Summer National Senior games and competed in the Texas Iron man Triathlon as well. George and his family enjoy outdoor activities like camping, hiking, exercising, and being with all their pets. 

George is a veteran, married for 30+ years to Debbi, proud father of Hollie, son-in-law Todd, and super grandson Michah.

 

Construction Manager: Eric Olivero 

After eight months of training as a builder, Eric Olivero left Lennar for a five-year career with U.S. Marine Corps.  In December of 2003 he went back to building homes for Lennar and in August of 2005 joined the Chesmar team.

For enjoyment Eric enjoys target and skeet shooting, which has proven helpful in keeping the job site safe. Fellow associates recently honored him with an award for his efforts in that endeavor. He declares that his purpose is to build dream homes for other families in which he would be proud to live.


Area Production Manager: Vince Ruffino
After graduating from Texas A&M in 1993 Vince started his career in residential construction.  To date, he has overseen the construction of thousands of homes for happy buyers.  He states, “I enjoy the process but find even more enjoyable the final result of handing over to someone their dream home.” 

Weekends find Vince engaged in some kind of outdoor activity with his wife Becky and young son Trey.  He loves to fish and play golf, and he admits it is a great advantage to live where one can fish and golf year round.

Vince’s construction expertise and his commitment to the customer are showcased in the construction of each home he oversees and delivers.
