New Home Consultant: Bill Oldham

Bill states that is seems like he has been in new home sales his whole life.  He takes great pleasure in his work and says it is hard to remember at time when he was not happily "on the job".  He makes it his mission to ensure that the experience of purchasing a home is enjoyable for his buyers also.

Everyone who enters Bill's office will enjoy his hospitality.  He is known for his big personality and his big love for motorcycles.  On days off, Bill often checks in on the community, riding the streets on his bike.

Bill's work philosophy is to do good, competent work and create a community of happy Chesmar homebuyers who are willing and eager to refer to others.  New home shoppers will benefit from Bill's wealth of knowledge and experience.

 

 

Construction Manager: Eric Olivero

After eight months of training as a builder, Eric Olivero left Lennar for a five-year career with U.S. Marine Corps.  In December of 2003 he went back to building homes for Lennar and in August of 2005 joined the Chesmar team.


For enjoyment Eric enjoys target and skeet shooting, which has proven helpful in keeping the job site safe. Fellow associates recently honored him with an award for his efforts in that endeavor. He declares that his purpose is to build dream homes for other families in which he would be proud to live.



Area Production Manager - Vince Ruffino
After graduating from Texas A&M in 1993 Vince started his career in residential construction.  To date, he has overseen the construction of thousands of homes for happy buyers.  He states, “I enjoy the process but find even more enjoyable the final result of handing over to someone their dream home.” 

Weekends find Vince engaged in some kind of outdoor activity with his wife Becky and young son Trey.  He loves to fish and play golf, and he admits it is a great advantage to live where one can fish and golf year round.

Vince’s construction expertise and his commitment to the customer are showcased in each home he oversees.
