Directions - Westheimer Lakes North
To reach the Chesmar Homes sales center in Westheimer Lakes North:
Travel west on FM 1093 from the Grand Parkway and Westpark Tollway past the main entrance to Westheimer Lakes on the left. Turn right onto Westheimer Lakes North and left on Everett Glen Lane, the model is located on the left side of the cul de sac.
Westheimer Lakes is a Canyon Gate (Land Tejas) community located just outside the Grand Parkway. The project includes 592-acres of both gated and non-gated monitored neighborhoods amenitised by a network of lakes.
Located in Fort Bend County between 1-10 and US 59, the community offers easy access to major employment and retail centers via the Grand Parkway and The Westpark Tollway.

New Home Consultant: Lamont Alford
Lamont joined Chesmar Homes after attending Texas Southern University, gaining expertise with Centex Homes and a time in the mortgage business. He is known for his soft spoken style and his professionalism.
When not in the sales office, Lamont can be found spending time with his children, working out and reading. Balance and organization are Lamont's watch words both at work and at home.
Construction Manager: Mario Quintanilla
Mario Quintanilla is known to be a straight-forward sort of fellow who enjoys his barbeque (Texas style, of course) and time with his family. Midea, his wife and their three children Mario, Julio and Midea who is named after her mother will attest to the fact that to Mario things seem pretty clear-cut.
After completing school in Houston, Mario joined his family trade to become a frame carpenter. His interest in architecture motivated him to launch a personal study into it, from which he developed a keen understanding of the procedures, materials and standards necessary for quality home construction. And it is to Chesmar homebuyers’ advantage to have someone with Mario’s expertise and forthright point of view to oversee the construction of their home.
Area Production Manager: Vince Ruffino
After graduating from Texas A&M in 1993 Vince started his career in residential construction. To date, he has overseen the construction of thousands of homes for happy buyers. He states, “I enjoy the process but find even more enjoyable the final result of handing over to someone their dream home.”
Weekends find Vince engaged in some kind of outdoor activity with his wife Becky and young son Trey. He loves to fish and play golf, and he admits it is a great advantage to live where one can fish and golf year round.
Vince’s construction expertise and his commitment to the customer are showcased in each home he oversees.
