From Downtown Houston travel North on I-45 approximately 27.5 miles, exiting 76B to merge on Woodlands Pkwy. Proceed west on Woodlands Pkwy approximately 6.2 miles. Turn left on Kuykendahl Rd continuing approximately 1.5 miles past Flintridge Dr. and turn right on Timarron Dr. Turn right on N Greenpoint Cr., right on E Heritage Mill Cr and left on Tidwillow Place to the Chesmar Homes sales center and model home on the left.
From George Bush Intercontinental Airport travel north on Beltway 8/N Sam Houston Pkwy E for 0.4 miles, exit onto I-45N continuing for approximately 15.2 miles. Exit 76B to merge on Woodlands Pkwy. Angela Silvio - New Home Consultant
New home shoppers will appreciate Angela’s knowledge of construction and expertise in matching buyers with the right home; skills garnered during her twelve years in the industry. Also a great asset is her familiarity with the Northcrest Village area, which allows her to assist new residents to establish and make themselves at home in their new community.
Folks who know Angela well consider her a real princess; her pleasing personality and tiara collection confirm that notion. When not in the community, much of Angela’s time is spent tracking her seven year old daughter, Madyson’s gymnastic career along with her husband Tony.
Steve Smith – Construction Manager:
Steve comes to Chesmar from a military and an aviation background. He graduated form Austin Peay State University in 1996 with a degree in Applied Sciences. The structure and discipline of the military has shaped Steve’s work philosophy. He believes in focusing on the project at hand and is diligent in its progress. Chesmar homebuyers will appreciate the fact that he is very detail oriented.
When not enjoying time with his family: wife Rosemary, daughters Codi and Jaclyn, he likes boating, biking and scuba diving. Steve is a huge Cowboy and Texas Ranger fan.
Vince Ruffino - Area Production Manager:
After graduating from Texas A&M in 1993 Vince started his career in residential construction. To date, he has overseen the construction of thousands of homes for happy buyers. He states, “I enjoy the process but find even more enjoyable the final result of handing over to someone their dream home.”
Weekends find Vince engaged in some kind of outdoor activity with his wife Becky and young son Trey. He loves to fish and play golf, and he admits it is a great advantage to live where one can fish and golf year round.
Vince’s construction expertise and his commitment to the customer are showcased in each home he oversees.
