New Home Consultant: Linda LeMay
Linda is a people-person.  She has an innate ability to adapt to her environment and with that to different kinds of people.  She genuinely enjoys working with buyers and their unique personalities to match them with their dream home.  That is one of the reasons she will tell you that she “Loves to sell homes!” 

Linda went back to school to complete her education as her children grew older.  She achieved her BBA and Masters degrees and holds a real estate license in Florida and Texas.  Away from Chesmar Homes she enjoys time with her children and grandchildren.

Senior Construction Manager: Eric Olivero
After eight months of training as a builder, Eric Olivero left Lennar for a five-year career with U.S. Marine Corps.  In December of 2003 he went back to building homes for Lennar and in August of 2005 joined the Chesmar team.

For enjoyment Eric enjoys being with his family as well as out activities like target and skeet shooting, which has proven helpful in keeping the job site safe. Fellow associates recently honored him with an award for his efforts in that endeavor. He declares that his purpose is to build dream homes for other families in which he would be proud to live.

Area Production Manager - Vince Ruffino
After graduating from Texas A&M in 1993 Vince started his career in residential construction.  To date, he has overseen the construction of thousands of homes for happy buyers.  He states, “I enjoy the process but find even more enjoyable the final result of handing over to someone their dream home.” 

Weekends find Vince engaged in some kind of outdoor activity with his wife Becky and young son Trey.  He loves to fish and play golf, and he admits it is a great advantage to live where one can fish and golf year round.

Vince’s construction expertise and his commitment to the customer are showcased in each home he oversees.
