Directions -
From I-45 North, exit FM 2920 and travel west for approximately 4 miles, turning right onto Northcrest Village Way and then left onto Parham Circle. The model is ahead on the left.
From SH Tollway, exit Hwy. 249 north toward Tomball, turning right on FM 2920. Travel approximately 7 miles, just past Kuykendahl Road, turning left onto Northcrest Village Way. Turn left onto Parham Circle. The model is ahead on the left.

New Home Consultant: David Vogel
David loves people and enjoys turning new acquaintances into friends. He has been in sales since age fourteen and says it must be in his blood. One notices right away how easy going David is--seemingly taking everything in stride.
When not in the sales office, David can be found riding his motorcycle or scuba diving. After living in Las Vegas for a while, he is happy to be back near the coast where he can dive almost all year. He is from a very close-knit family and although they do not live close, he spends as much time with them as he can.

Construction Manager: Chad Jones
Before joining Chesmar Homes in Cinco Ranch, Chad Jones graduated from the University of Houston, with a degree in Finance. He brings a diverse accumulation of experience and accomplishments from sales to remodeling, as well as authoring and publishing a children’s book. Chad plans to continue to add to his achievements by working toward his MBA.
Away from Chesmar, Chad’s energy is directed into outdoor activities like running, swimming, and skydiving. He also enjoys spending time with family. He states, boasting, “My entire family lives here in Houston!”
Chad is driven to do his best at everything he takes on, and building homes is no exception. He strives to make each home he builds worthy of the Chesmar name and its new homebuyers.
Area Production Manager: Vince Ruffino
After graduating from Texas A&M in 1993 Vince started his career in residential construction. To date, he has overseen the construction of thousands of homes for happy buyers. He states, “I enjoy the process but find even more enjoyable the final result of handing over to someone their dream home.”
Weekends find Vince engaged in some kind of outdoor activity with his wife Becky and young son Trey. He loves to fish and play golf, and he admits it is a great advantage to live where one can fish and golf year round.
Vince’s construction expertise and his commitment to the customer are showcased in the construction of each home he oversees and delivers.
