Chesmar Homes has been awarded the Home Profile Platinum Award for its customer care procedures.
Chesmar Homes in partnership with many generous vendors and Land Tejas Development is proud to participate in the GHBA Benefit Home project which supports Texas Children's Cancer Center, Alzheimer's Association and HomeAid Houston.
In 2007 the Alegria was constructed in Park Lakes. Proceeds from the sale of the home benefited Texas Children's
Cancer Center, Alzheimer's Association
and HomeAid Houston. Click here for a list of companies who contributed to this worthwhile endeavor in 2007. In 2008 the Venetian was constructed in Sterling Lakes again benefiting Texas Children's Cancer Center, Alzheimer's Association and HomeAid Houston.
Chesmar's 2009 GHBA Benefit Home was built in Houston's premier hybrid community, Discovery at Spring Trails. The Venetian home was sold before construction began, and the buyer was very happy to be a part of the endeavor.
