Driving Directions - Hunters Creek

To reach Hunters Creek: 

  • From I-10 East, exit Sjolander Road, turning south on Sjolander Road, left on Needlepoint and the right on Hunters Creek Lane to the model show homes.
  • From the south, travel north on FM 146 across the Fred Hartman Bridge. Continue on FM 146 north to FM 330 and then east on I-10 to Sjolander Road. Or Continue on FM 146 to Alexander Dr, north on Crosby Cedar Bayou, continue on Sjolander Road, then right on Needlepoint.

Hunters Creek is in the City of Baytown, within easy commute to industrial, oil industry, ship channel and Baytown employment centers.

Linda LeMay - New Home Consultant

Linda is a people-person.  She has an innate ability to adapt to her environment and with that to different kinds of people.  She genuinely enjoys working with buyers and their unique personalities to match them with their dream home.  That is one of the reasons she will tell you that she “Loves to sell homes!” 

Linda went back to school to complete her education as her children grew older.  She achieved her BBA and Masters degrees and holds a real estate license in Florida and Texas.  Away from Chesmar Homes she enjoys time with her children and grandchildren.

 


Dan Toth – Construction Manager

Dan spent 3 ½ years as Construction Manager for Lennar Homes before joining Chesmar Homes . He says, "It is so rewarding to be a part of the process that fulfills a family's dream ." 


Since joining Chesmar Dan has served both as Construction Manager and Purchasing agent. His experience and understanding has helped keep costs down and quality up for Chesmar homebuyers. His attention to detail and diligence in that endeavor is a big benefit for the Chesmar homebuyer and he appreciates that the home Chesmar builds is about the people who will live in it.

Away from the office, Dan enjoys his family, the challenge of ultimate Frisbee, and relaxing at home with his family as well as cats Shadow and Midnight.



Larry Coomer - Area Production Manager:
For 20+ years Larry Coomer has committed himself to building the American dream for Houston area families.  Building homes is his favorite thing to do, and he is known for both his proficiency and pace.  Larry proudly states that he once completed a home from start to finish in 32 days.
