From Downtown Houston, take the Hardy Toll Road north to Riley Fuzzel Road (just past the Spring exit). Turn right on Riley Fuzzel and proceed about 2 miles. The Discovery Center is on the left and the community will be on the right.
From I-45N either direction exit Rayford Road/Sawdust Road and turn onto Rayford Road headed east. Continue about 4.5 miles to Riley Fuzzel. Turn right on Riley Fuzzel. The Discovery Center will be on the right and the community will be on the left.
Enter the community on Discovery Creek Blvd. Turn left onto Rayford Road, left on Breen Vista Drive and right on Rose Vervain Drive. The Chesmar Homes model/sales center is located on the right.

New Home Consultant –
Ben Cook – Construction Manager
Ben Cook has been overseeing the construction of new homes for more than six years. After grad-school in Boston he made his way back home to Texas and the Houston area. Chesmar Homes is pleased to have Ben manage construction of the company’s homes. Ben loves being out doors and he enjoys time off camping and backpacking. His special project away from work is converting a bus into a RV.
Ben takes great pride in each home under his care; he reports that he builds each home, as it was his own. “I want my home to be the best home I can have, so that when I turn it over to the home owner they will be happy and proud that I built their new home.”
Larry Coomer - Area Production Manager
For 20+ years Larry Coomer has committed himself to building the American dream for Houston area families. Building homes is his favorite thing to do, and he is known for both his proficiency and pace. Larry proudly states that he once completed a home from start to finish in 32 days.
Larry is most proud of his two sons, one of which is a high school student and the other a student at Baylor University. When not building homes, he takes great pleasure in spending as much time as he can with them.
