From I-45 North, exit Woodlands Parkway and turn left onto the flyover. From Woodlands Parkway turn left at Gosling Road, and right into Creekside Park. At the traffic circle veer to right to Creekside Forest. Continue on Creekside Forest turning right on Canoe Bend Drive. The model is the second house on left.

New Home Consultant: Alisha Darby
Alisha’s bubbly personality, diligence and ability to overcome obstacles have resulted in her nick name of "Tinkerbelle!” In the twelve years that Alisha has been in new home sales, she has worked hard to gain expertise in product and construction knowledge to the benefit of her Chesmar Homes buyers. It is apparent that she enjoys her work. Buyers will find that she is a skilled professional, ever dedicated to assuring that their buying experience is enjoyable.

Time away from the community finds Alisha enjoying activities with her husband Jeff and their three puppies Izzie, Stone and Rebel. 

 

Area Production Manager: Vince Ruffino
After graduating from Texas A&M in 1993 Vince started his career in residential construction.  To date, he has overseen the construction of thousands of homes for happy buyers.  He states, “I enjoy the process but find even more enjoyable the final result of handing over to someone their dream home.” 

Weekends find Vince engaged in some kind of outdoor activity with his wife Becky and young son Trey.  He loves to fish and play golf, and he admits it is a great advantage to live where one can fish and golf year round.

Vince’s construction expertise and his commitment to the customer are showcased in each home he builds and delivers.



Construction Manager: Adam Martin
While completing a degree in management at Sam Houston State University, Adam managed his own home repair and remodeling business.  Having managed his personal business he understands and places great importance on attention to detail and customer service.  He looks forward to learning and growing at Chesmar Homes.  Adam states his philosophy simply as, “There is always room for improvement”.  Adam is married to Jennifer, a Texas A&M grad, and together they enjoy all kinds of outdoor activities and sports.
