New Home Consultant: Wayne Phillips
With over 15 years experience selling new homes, Wayne has helped several hundred families with their new home needs. He takes a great deal of pride in helping people achieve the great American Dream of Homeownership. Wayne’s goal at Chesmar Homes is to grow with the company as he enjoys the thrill of helping families to enjoy the experience of purchasing, building, and living in their new Chesmar Home.
Wayne moved from the Northeast in 1992 and loves living in Texas. Wayne is very proud of his beautiful family: wife Kathy, daughter Katie, and son Will. One of his favorite things to do is go on family camping trips in their travel trailer. They make their home in The Woodlands and love being an active part of the community.
Construction Manager: Steve Smith
Steve comes to Chesmar from a military and an aviation background. He has a broad range of interest which he says is shown by his choice of college study…he says, “I have trouble deciding between three majors each time I enroll.”
The structure and discipline of the military has shaped Steve’s work philosophy. He believes in focusing on the project at hand and is diligent in its progress. Chesmar home buyers will appreciate the fact that he is very detail oriented.
Area Production Manager - Vince Ruffino
After graduating from Texas A&M in 1993 Vince started his career in residential construction. To date, he has overseen the construction of thousands of homes for happy buyers. He states, “I enjoy the process but find even more enjoyable the final result of handing over to someone their dream home.”
Weekends find Vince engaged in some kind of outdoor activity with his wife Becky and young son Trey. He loves to fish and play golf, and he admits it is a great advantage to live where one can fish and golf year round.
Vince’s construction expertise and his commitment to the customer are showcased in each home he oversees.
