New Home Consultant: Porter MacPherson
Porter has a friendly, easygoing nature which allows him to fit into almost any situation. Visitors to his sales office will appreciate both his personality and professionalism.
Porter graduated from Hawaii Pacific University then gained experience at Centex and Lennar prior to joining Chesmar Homes.
While he is away from the office, he enjoys sports, music and spending time with his young son. Porter’s "never give-up" spirit ensures potential Chesmar buyers that he will work hard to match them with the home of their dreams.
Construction Manager: Randy Lee
Randy spent fourteen years learning the building industry with other builders, after graduating from Louisiana State University and before joining Chesmar Homes. Buyers will appreciate his penchant for wanting to get things the right the first time so as to eliminate the need for a second.
Randy admits to being addicted to vegetable gardening. He loves to hunt, fish and anything else that happens out of doors. He can be found on the weekends enjoying family time with his wife Teresa and their two young sons.
Randy's philosophy is to do whatever is needed, not to procrastinate and to treat every home he builds as if it is his own. Chesmar is proud to have Randy on the team!
Area Production Manager: Vince Ruffino
After graduating from Texas A&M in 1993 Vince started his career in residential construction. To date, he has overseen the construction of thousands of homes for happy buyers. He states, “I enjoy the process but find even more enjoyable the final result of handing over to someone their dream home.”
Weekends find Vince engaged in some kind of outdoor activity with his wife Becky and young son Trey. He loves to fish and play golf, and he admits it is a great advantage to live where one can fish and golf year round.
Vince’s construction expertise and his commitment to the customer are showcased in each home he oversees.
