About the Community

Bay View is within the city of League City and an easy commute to industrial, oil industry, marine, air and space employment centers.  Conveniently located near the intersection of I-45 South and FM 646.  The area offer a variety of outdoor activities, entertainment and shopping.  Residents will enjoy the nearby Big League Dreams, access to Johnson Space Center and the Gulf Greyhound Park as well as close proximity to several well known golf courses and Galveston.  A pool, cabana and adjacent children's play scape is available for residents to enjoy.

Larry Coomer – Area Production Manager
