Take Highway 59 South past Richmond. Exit FM 762 traveling North onto FM762. Turn left on Commercial Drive, then right on Town Center Blvd. Turn left on Collins Creek Boulevard and left again on Delta Crossing, then right at Ellis Grove Lane. Home Consultant: Jessi Espiritu
Anyone who is around Jessica can’t help but catch her infectious positive attitude. She attributes her upbeat demeanor to cheerleading, which she says she has done her entire life.
The product of a “home-loving” family, Jessica is a natural at matching a family with their dream home, and takes great pleasure in the process. Prospective buyers benefit from Jessica’s product knowledge and attention to detail. And they will appreciate that she is dedicated to keeping them updated at every stage of construction.
Jessica attended Hawaii Pacific University after attending Trinity Valley College in Athens, Texas (the home of the black-eyed pea). She proudly adopted the island spirit and Aloha attitude and states, “I keep it with me in all I do.”
Construction Manager: Randy Lee
Randy spent fourteen years learning the building industry with other builders, after graduating from Louisiana State University and before joining Chesmar Homes. Buyers will appreciate his penchant for wanting to get things the right the first time so as to eliminate the need for a second.
Randy admits to being addicted to vegetable gardening. He loves to hunt, fish and anything else that happens out of doors. He can be found on the weekends enjoying family time with his wife Teresa and their two young sons.
Randy's philosophy is to do whatever is needed, not to procrastinate and to treat every home he builds as if it is his own. Chesmar is proud to have Randy on the team!
Area Production Manager: Larry Coomer
For 20+ years Larry Coomer has committed himself to building the American dream for Houston area families. Building homes is his favorite thing to do, and he is known for both his proficiency and pace. Larry proudly states that he once completed a home from start to finish in 32 days.
Larry is most proud of his two sons, one of which is a high school student and the other a student at Baylor University. When not building homes, he takes great pleasure in spending as much time as he can with them.
