New Home Consultant: Lamont Alford
Lamont joined Chesmar Homes after attending Texas Southern University, gaining expertise with Centex Homes and a time in the mortgage business.  He is known for his soft spoken style and his professionalism.

Construction Manager:  Craig Spriggs
Following his graduation from East Texas Baptist University with a degree in Business Administration, Craig decided to try his hand at residential construction.  He was able to successfully transition his business acumen to construction management.  Chesmar Homes’ buyers will value Craig’s professionalism and work ethic, which is apparent with each home he builds.   

Craig’s motto is “work hard and when it is time to play, play hard.”  When it is time to play he can usually be found hunting, fishing or spending time with his friends, who view him as an amateur Steve Irwin. 



Area Production Manager: Larry Coomer

For more than 20 years Larry Coomer has committed himself to building the American dream for Houston area families.  Building homes is his favorite thing to do, and he is known for both his proficiency and pace.  Larry proudly states that he once completed a home from start to finish in 32 days.
