Driving Directions - Northcrest Village Village

From I-45 North, exit FM 2920 and travel west for approximately 4 miles, turning right onto Kuykendahl Road. The community is located 1 mile ahead on the right.

From SH Tollway, exit Hwy. 249 north toward Tomball, turning right on FM 2920. Travel approximately 7 miles, turn left on Kuykendahl Road. The community is located 1 mile ahead on the right.

New Home Consultant: Angela Silvio

New home shoppers will appreciate Angela’s knowledge of construction and expertise in matching buyers with the right home; skills garnered during her twelve years in the industry. Also a great asset is her familiarity with the Northcrest Village area, which allows her to assist new residents to establish and make themselves at home in their new community.

Folks who know Angela well consider her a real princess; her pleasing personality and tiara collection confirm that notion. When not in the community, much of Angela’s time is spent tracking her seven year old daughter, Madyson’s gymnastic career along with her husband Tony.

Construction Manager: Adam Martin

While completing a degree in management at Sam Houston State University, Adam managed his own home repair and remodeling business. Having managed his personal business he understands and places great importance on attention to detail and customer service. He looks forward to learning and growing at Chesmar Homes.

Adam states his philosophy simply as, “There is always room for improvement”. Adam is married to Jennifer, a Texas A&M grad, and together they enjoy all kinds of outdoor activities and sports.

Area Production Manager: Eric Olivero

After eight months of training as a builder, Eric Olivero left Lennar for a five-year career with U.S. Marine Corps. In December of 2003 he went back to building homes for Lennar and in August of 2005 joined the Chesmar team.

He and his bride Trish delight in rearing their young daughter Lauren and son Logan. Included in Eric’s household are two hermit crabs, and he laments that he had a dog until it destroyed the patio furniture, after which, Trish sold him (the dog) back to the breeder.

For enjoyment Eric enjoys target and skeet shooting, which has proven helpful in keeping the job site safe. Fellow associates recently honored him with an award for his efforts in that endeavor. He declares that his purpose is to build dream homes for other families in which he would be proud to live.
