Hunters Creek is in the City of Baytown, within easy commute to industrial, oil industry, ship channel and Baytown employment centers.

Alan Herrera  - New Home Consultant

 

One first notices Alan’s smile which is infectious and an honest indication of his cheerful personality and great sense of humor.  Besides being a graduate of Vision University, Alan worked as a Realtor and Real Estate Broker before joining Chesmar Homes.

Alan is married to his high school sweetheart and has two sons, age 6 and 10.  Together they enjoy soccer (the Spanish league).  He states, “My family is the best part of my life!”

Alan is a good listener and is genuinely interested in people.  Through the use of good communication and attention to detail he is able to deliver extraordinary customer service to his buyers.



Steve Smith – Construction Manager

 

Steve comes to Chesmar from a military and an aviation background.  He has a broad range of interest which he says is shown by his choice of college study…he says, “I have trouble deciding between three majors each time I enroll.”

The structure and discipline of the military has shaped Steve’s work philosophy.  He believes in focusing on the project at hand and is diligent in its progress.  Chesmar home buyers will appreciate the fact that he is very detail oriented. 

When not enjoying time with his family: wife Rosemary, daughters Codi and Jaclyn, and Maggie the dog, he likes to root for the Cowboy’s, climb, bike and scuba dive.



Larry Coomer - Area Production Manager:
