New Home Consultant: Alisha Darby

Area Production Manager: Eric Olivero
After eight months of training as a builder, Eric Olivero left Lennar for a five-year career with U.S. Marine Corps. In December of 2003 he went back to building homes for Lennar and in August of 2005 joined the Chesmar team.
He and his bride Trish delight in rearing their young daughter Lauren and son Logan. Included in Eric’s household are two hermit crabs, and he laments that he had a dog until it destroyed the patio furniture, after which, Trish sold him (the dog) back to the breeder.
For enjoyment Eric enjoys target and skeet shooting, which has proven helpful in keeping the job site safe. Fellow associates recently honored him with an award for his efforts in that endeavor. He declares that his purpose is to build dream homes for other families in which he would be proud to live.
Construction Manager: Eric Shaffer
Eight years experience with the Army and five as a parole and probation officer created a diverse body of work for Eric before joining the Chesmar Construction team. He credits his energy and sense of humor with helping to get through tough situations. It’s a life lesson Eric enjoys teaching his young son Jason on their frequent camping and fishing adventures.
